  8. @001, referred to herein as "OWNER" and @002, referred to as 
  9. "BORROWER," agree:

  30. BORROWER acknowledges an opportunity to review the personal 
  31. property bailed, and ACCEPTS THE SAME "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS" 
  32. and WITHOUT WARRANTY. BORROWER HAS ASCERTAINED THAT THE BAILED 
  33. PROPERTY IS FIT FOR THE PURPOSE THAT BORROWER DESIRES TO USE THE 
  34. BAILED PROPERTY.

  38. Commercial Code.
